Registration forms
In your colours or your client’s, with a short address, tailored questions (diet, passport, emergency contact) and, if needed, invitation-only registration.
Activities and bookings
Limited places, company coverage and remaining amount calculated automatically, card payment and invoice sent to the participant.
Travel and programme
Outbound and return flights, transfers, hotel, meetings and evenings: each participant sees their day-by-day programme and adds it to their calendar.
Rooming management
Everyone chooses their room-mate, pairs are matched automatically and the rooming list goes to the hotel in one click.
Check-in and QR codes
One QR code per participant, scanned when boarding the bus and at the entrance of activities and restaurants: who is there, live.
Communication
Practical information, reminders the day before, form follow-ups: each participant receives messages in their language, at the right time.
Client area
Your client follows registrations and answers in real time in a secure area and downloads their Excel lists.
Protected data
Hosted in France, payments with Stancer, personal data deleted 30 days after the event.
